Starter Choices

Bruschetta and Cheese Plate

Sliced and toasted crostini rubbed with garlic, drizzled with olive oil and topped with fresh tomatoes and basil. Accompanied by a chef selected combination of artisan cheeses.

Farmer’s Frisée Salad

Fresh frisée lettuce, dried fruit pieces and almonds with a pomegranate vinaigrette.

Entrée Choices

All entrées to be served with asparagus lemon risotto and roasted root vegetables.

Classic Beef Wellington

Beef filet and goose liver foie gras wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Served atop a red wine demi-glaze.

Roasted Prime Rib Au Jus

Herbed-crusted, slow-roasted prime rib served with a creamy horseradish sauce.

Chilean Seabass

Fresh Chilean Seabass pan seared and finished in the oven. Served with a peach and basil chutney.

Vegetarian Wellington

Seasoned portabella mushroom cap stuffed with spinach, arugula, sweet pepper mix, brie cheese, all wrapped in puff pastry. Served over a red pepper cream sauce.

Dessert & Wine

Peach Ice Cream

Locally made Enstrom peach ice cream served with raspberry balsamic compote and a sugar biscuit.

Egg-ceptional eggs


Two eggs*, choice of meat: ham, bacon or sausage, hash browns and choice of English muffin, freshly baked biscuit or toast: white, wheat, rye, sourdough OR gluten-free, low carb, low carb tortilla for an additional charge.


Poached eggs* served on top of toasted English muffins and smothered with hollandaise sauce; served with a side of hash browns.

The Classic: Thinly sliced ham topped with green onions.
Florentine: Spinach, avocado, feta cheese and sliced tomatoes.
The Dreamer: Asparagus, applewood smoked bacon and sliced tomatoes.
The Crabby Dreamer $13.95: King crab, asparagus, applewood smoked bacon and sliced tomatoes.

A warm, locally made flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, hash browns, diced peppers, onions and cheddar-jack cheese; served with our delicious salsa or topped with homemade pork green chili.

Ricotta cheese filled blintzes topped with ginger spiced fresh berry compote. Served with a fresh green salad and raspberry vinaigrette.

Burgers include a side of your choice: beer-battered fries, shoestring fries, sweet potato fries, vegetable sticks with ranch, side salad, or cottage cheese.

Seasoned shredded chicken and/or cream cheese stuffed in corn tortillas, topped with green chili sauce and cheese. Served with white rice and black beans.
